I swear I don't just sit around and make cakes all day. It's just this time of year. Well this is actually the cake that I made for last years superbowl. But I made the same one this year but this pictures looks better, so I'm showing this one. And I have to say that it was Akoni's design. He wanted me to make a football cake and I had no idea how to, so he came up with the design, and it's an Ice Cream cake, for those of you who know Akoni I'm sure you guess that.

We didn't have a cake... we couldn't even get to a dessert after the little smokies, spinach and artichoke dip, salsa, chips...
