This is why my foot hurts sooooo bad! Under the spur is a huge bursa sack that gets poked every time I step on my heel. I have to do three rounds of cortisone shots, very painful, and see what happens from there.

I feel your pain (although not quite to that extent)! I have a bone spur in on of my toes and if I walk or stand for long periods of time it is a killer! Hope the cortisone shots help!
Gosh. Not fun at all! Looks like you're transitioning to 4 kids pretty easily! Good job! I'd love to chat about Hawaii sometime! We loved it so much. Hope you guys are doing good. Any trips to Seattle in the future?
